D.1. Medical Disclaimer

All content, assessments, tools, trackers, scores, insights and outputs on the OjaFertility platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

OjaFertility does not provide medical services and is not a clinical establishment. All clinical care is provided by independent healthcare professionals who are not employees or agents of OjaFertility. See Terms §3.

Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything you have read or received on this Platform.

D.2. Cycle Trackers Are Not Contraception

Cycle tracking, fertile-window predictions and ovulation estimates are based on statistical models and data you enter. They are not clinically validated for contraceptive use and must not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy. For contraception, consult a qualified healthcare professional. See Terms §5.4.

D.3. AskOja Limitations

AskOja is an automated AI system. It is not a human being and is not a registered medical practitioner. Its responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a clinician before being shown to you. Interacting with AskOja does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of anything AskOja tells you. See Terms §7.2.

D.4. Sex Determination — Prohibited

OjaFertility does not offer, facilitate, enable or permit prenatal sex determination or sex selection in any form. Communicating the sex of a foetus is a criminal offence in India under the PCPNDT Act, 1994. Any attempt to use this Platform for such a purpose will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to the Appropriate Authority. See Terms §8.1.
